Packaging :
Most of our products are supplied in an attractive presentation gift boxes but special packaging including logo branding can be quoted for on request.
Branding :
Can you add our logo onto the gift?
Yes, all we require is a reasonably high resolution image file, emailed to us.
Will M I Promotions provide a proof?
We ensure you are happy with our 'interpretation' of your logo by sending you a proof for your approval. This is usually sent by email, and then must be signed off by you before we commence with any engraving or branding. Should an actual physical proof be required the cost is £25, but an order must be already placed for us to provide this.
What format and resolution should my artwork be?
Logos should be emailed, as a 300dpi image file. We can work with most resolutions / formats, but a 300dpi JPG or EPS (preferably vectorised) image is best. Please note: there may be some restrictions to the possibility of a logo's engraving. For example gradients cannot be engraved.
What is the minimum branded quantity I can order?
The minimum quantity you need to order to have most gifts branded is 25 items.
How long does it take to brand our order?
Usually branded within 1 working week (subject to stock) - sometimes the lead-time can be as little as 2 days. USB flash drives, clothing and computer peripherals may take 2-4 weeks to be branded.
What fonts can I specify for a 'text' engraving?
We have a range of fonts for use when branding 'text only' messages.
Samples :
It is MI Promotions policy to charge for samples, if they are returned within 4 weeks in a re-saleable condition the cost will be credited to any subsequent orders.
Delivery Costs :
Delivery costs will be quoted on an Ad Hoc basis based on quantity and weight.
Delivery Times :
Retail purchases of plain items are usually sent within 2-3 working days*.
Corporate orders will be allocated a delivery date upon receipt of order confirmation. Usual lead-times are 5-10 working days for branded in-stock items. Non-branded corporate orders can be delivered within 2-3 working days*.
Wholesale orders usually take approximately 6-8 weeks. Wholesale orders are done on an individual basis, so times may vary.
Corporate / Wholesale - UK deliveries are made using next day courier*.

All orders must have pre-arranged payment methods that our sales team can arrange.

All international clients must pay for ANY goods ordered in full before any branding is done or delivery is made.
